Destoners
We’re starting with Coffee Loaders’ destoners because we’re so excited about how they’re utilizing their patent-pending fluid-bed separation technology — and we think you’ll be excited about it too.
We’ve seen first-hand how it’s literally changing how stones and other dense particles are removed from coffee. Coffee Loaders’ portable and classic destoners float the beans in the air before they are conveyed, greatly reducing the conveying velocity and broken beans. Coffee Loaders’ fluidizing separation process makes it possible to separate particles much closer to the density of the beans.
The result: Customers have benefited from fewer problems caused by stones and other dense particles — and now we’re bringing these two destoning dynamos to our CoffeeTec line-up.
Portable Destoner
Referred to as “the world’s most popular destoner,” this portable powerhouse constructed of stainless steel can process beans up to 2000 pounds per hour, so your roast will pass through in just a minute or two.
It removes even the smallest stones, doesn’t damage your beans, and separates green beans from a dark roast. This destoner also comes with a de-dusting outlet that you can easily connect to a ShopVac for dust collection.
Better yet? This destoner is plug-and-play; just plug it into a standard wall socket to get going. It also supports international voltages, and starts at under $2,000!

Classic Destoner
If you’re looking for a great destoner that will work with any roaster up to 60kg, then this is the destoner for you! Just open the cooler door and the destoner will start placing all of the roasted beans in a container without damaging beans.
It is fully adjustable so it can easily fit any roaster. Even if you need a large hopper, it’s available at a low cost. Like it’s little portable counterpart, the classic destoner is made of food-grade, polished stainless steel and includes a de-dusting outlet that you can easily connect to a ShopVac for dust collection.
Its steel frame has a clamped design for easy cleaning, supports up to 110 or 240 volts (including international voltages), and is incredibly quiet.

Destoner/Loader Transfer Bin
Convey and destone up to 1200 pounds per hour!
Coffee Loaders’ destoner/loader transfer bin is the best solution for loading and destoning your coffee beans. This piece of equipment is arranged for a variable speed configuration to allow for green bean loading or even something light like tea. You’ve got total flexibility.
The idea is to load the product and leave any stones behind — basically, anything heavier than the actual coffee bean itself. This destoner with its bin is capable of being hooked up to a vacuum loader.

Hopper Scale
A hopper scale solves two problems:
- You can weigh your blend components with an accuracy of 0.05 pounds.
- You can convey the entire blend to its destination with a vacuum loader.
This hopper scale is made from easy-to-clean food-grade polyethylene, handles batches up to 120 pounds, and is portable with four locking casters. Take the guesswork out of blends, and you won’t be tipping brute containers anymore!
