The 920 is specifically calibrated for: 1) Green coffee bean. 2 ) Green with parchment. 3) Natural dried coffee berries (cherries). 4) Roasted Whole Beans 5) Roasted Ground Coffee it uses a pre-weighed sample and a reliable
sample loading mechanism to insure accurate, repeatable results. Data is ID and range for each. Temperature adjusted within machine's calibrations. No manual adjustment required.

Meter operates with 6 AA batteries but includes power pack 110v/60hz which allows you to use meter indoors with
access to electrical outlet. The 6 AA batteries and power pack included.

(Note: If your location requires 220/50hz, this voltage can replace the 110/60hz at no additional cost. Please specify the voltage at time of purchase.)

Note 1: For best accuracy, the recommended sample size for green beans is 250 grams. The 175 gram "small sample" calibration should only be used if a 250 gram sample is not available.

Note 2: Do not use the dump cell to load the dried berries. The sample should be poured directly into the test cell and then tapped & shaken gently to settle and level the sample.
