Description   Used SAMIAC 10/12 kilo Retail Shop Roaster. A roaster used only for demonstrations for most of its existence when it was located in a retail store where coffee was roasted by the "Corporate Office". It was new in 1997; mechanically it is like a new machine. It does need some cleaning. Black and Brass; with roaster and chaff collector, water quench safety system on both roaster and cooler, with bean temperature reader. The pipe on the bottom of chaff collector is NOT to be used. This was a mistake. But it was never used. Modern phase converters can easily be added to convert to any voltage. The pictures are current and show machine as/is.
