Return Policy
Any products purchased from Coffeetec.com may only be returned with prior written authorization. Any products authorized for return shall be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All return shipping costs are handled and paid for by the customer. Refund is by means of a customer credit that may be used against future purchases only. Additionally please note the folowing:
Coffeetec is not responsible for any manutacurer's units and/or designs.
Return for warranty repair or service will only be accepted with prior return authorization. Any damage by carrier needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Any defective part or item should be notified in writing within 5 days of delivery.
