Description   15 kilo Cast Iron Used Retail Roaster-Classic 1965 French Roaster by Hamerel Totally self contained roaster for the ultimate in showmanship! If your operation is in need to show activity as well as classic looks, this is the roaster for you! 15 kilo is the maximum batch size; you can therefore get production as needed. Very easy access to all views of the roaster. The roaster has spent its entire life in one retail store in the Bordeaux region of France. This machine was operating the day we disconnected it and moved it to the warehouse. What makes this machine more of an interest is its easy maintenance features- all parts are at easy access. The picture speaks of its romance in the operation . The wheel on the front has a gear inside that opens the round style drum that dumps the coffee directly into its cooler. There are windows and doors all around the machine for that "easy" access. The machine is 3' by 4' and about 6' tall. Weighs about 1800 lbs.
