Used PROBAT UG22 Cast Iron Body Roaster
The used UG22 Probat roaster is complete and operational. The chaff collector, however, is not in good condition. But all of the motors, fan coils, burner and other parts are in excellent condition and are fully operational.

The roaster has a Modified Cooler for batch blending. The previous owner wanted the cooler deep enough to use two batches to blend together so he raised the sides of the cooler. The burner package also has some modifications. Although there is not evidence, we believe the burner is a Riello Single Stage burner due to its appearance. Controls did not come with the roaster. You need to build the manual or automatic panel. The roaster, therefore, is a "basic" roaster. Included is the air filter in the cooler line; the chaff collector is the normal manual unload style.
