Choice of grinder disc:  Model DK27 LSV is a tool steel machined disc that is double sided for easy sharpness control.  Highly recommended option is the DK27 LHV, with extremely wear resistant tungsten carbide - the Ultimate Long Life Cutting Disc over 500k lbs before resharpening. Settings for American Turkish to Percolator using German style cutting discs. Choose between gray, red or copper color. Note: There are three Disc Styles Cast Disc, Machine Steel Disc and Carbide Discs.
