Description Extended Information   Great small roaster for the lab setting, for the retail shop, or for home! Three batches of 2.4 lbs/hour.  Sonofresco means "I am fresh" in Italian. It is so designed to use very little gas and has a microchip built in it so that you can follow a curve profile. Thus, accuracy for each roast's color! You can repeat the memory of color until you change the color. Put in the amount of beans - see electronics on side panel- and watch the roast!
