Description Technical Specs   This is the larger model with same design of our other food grade mixer. But the capacity of this model is 170lbs of roasted coffee or 300 lbs of green coffee or 140 lbs of tea. (Also can be used with other food products.) The lid on this model snaps on so you stop any overflow or if you want to prevent any odor of the flavoring from creeping into the air. You do not have the option of an exchangeable drum for this model.  This model only mixes in its original drum, it cannot be replaced with other drums.  Its design is similar to the concrete mixer design . Its frame is "strong as concrete"  and has the motor/frame/drum structure.
