Description Technical Specs   COFFEETEC EQUIPPED JABEZ BURNS Digitally Controlled 2/4/6 Barrel Pro-Lab Sample Roaster. All 2/4/6 barrels produce the same coffee. COFFEETEC builds a BEAN TEMPERATURE controller that digitally produces the same results on each barrel of the Jabez Burns Sample Roaster. Special construction allows for balanced heat on each drum. Additional controls have been added to modulate the gas flame under each drum. This sets off an alarm at the end of the roast which shuts off the heat to eliminate any chance of over-roasting your sample roast. Other models can be built to your specifications. But you are looking at the "ultimate" in the coffee industry's standards. Allow 6-10 weeks for delivery.
