You need to place a paper on the cooling screen and rub a soft pencil across so that the sketching of the pattern becomes the rubbing image.  Send the rubbing sketch to Coffeetec; please mail us the rubbing so there is no distortion in the sizing. 2. To be very accurate, we also need someone who has access to a drill index insert a drill into the holing of the screen to determine the holing size.  * WE  NEEDTHE MATHEMATICAL SIZING by the number of the drill index. 2. CLEANING the SCREEN Although the cleaning of the screen is not always a job we want to do,when the screen's holing becomes clogged, the prevention of air sucking evenly through the holing prevents a good roast!  When you clean the screen, it is best to either place paper on the floor, or take the screen off the tray and clean it outdoors so the pieces of the roasted bean build up fall on paper that can be gathered up and thrown away.
