15/17 KILO: TRABATTONI MODEL ITALNOVA WOOD FIRED ROASTER

Wood Fire 15/17 Kgs. Coffee Roaster of raw coffee for any batch, cooling and mixing tank, wood heating, two separate fans for cooling and exhaust air roasting suction, electric panel, stainless steel chaff collector, any RAL painting color you prefer. Very heavy base - as the entire bottom of this roaster is old world cast iron - make quite a visual statement.

Note: Available heat sources now include pellets, propane and natural gas.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Dimensions: 99" long x 85" wide x 82" high
  • Electrical can be either 220 V, 1-phase or 3-phase power and specify 50 Hz or 60 Hz. We like the 3 phase motors the best as they run more quietly.
